• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and guide them through fashion trends, stories
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, and competitors
