📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team

• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
