• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Actively sell products and provide customers with support and guidance
• Use fashion and product knowledge to provide relevant information
• Promote and sell products, and promote Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets
• Complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure garment care
