• Provide excellent customer service
• Welcome & guide customers through the store & OMNI experience
• Promote and sell products
• Actively promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets
• Perform garment cycle (unpacking, refill, steaming, garment care)
