📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store & OMNI
• Support them with direct customer service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

• Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
• Passionate about fashion and everything created in-store
• Motivated to give customers a great experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
