📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage customers with fashion trends and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers, including the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member).
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, and ensure good garment care.
