📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Use fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information
• Promote and sell products, promote Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Complete garment cycle, operate fitting room and checkout areas
• Maintain clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, support visual merchandising
• Support opening and closing of the store, follow H&S guidelines

• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, action-oriented
• Sales experience in dynamic, collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or service-related industries
