• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service and support.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers, including the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date fashion and trend awareness.
