📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products, and share fashion and product knowledge
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Complete garment cycle tasks including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
