• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote products and use fashion knowledge to inform customers
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Engage customers with loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Strong communication, creativity and teamwork
• Previous sales experience in fashion/retail is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn and develop in role/training processes
