• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote and sell products, including the Hello Member loyalty app
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and share product knowledge
• Complete garment cycle: unpacking, refilling, steaming, and care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas, maintain store tidiness
• Support stock replenishment and in-store OMNI services
