📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage with customers to sell products and provide fashion and product knowledge
• Promote customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain clean sales floor, garment presentation, displays, and stock levels
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas
• Support store opening/closing and operations

• Passionate about fashion and store products
• Motivated by giving customers a great experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or service industries
