• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and influencers
