• Organize, plan, and prioritize workload according to the store activation plan and adapt based on
• Coach and develop the visual and commercial skills for the VM and Store teams to secure high
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, Area Visual Manager, and Store teams to achieve commercial goals
• Complete talent management and succession planning in your store for future talents

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in team coaching, talent development including upskilling with strong leadership skills
• Experience with being solution focused to improve product presentation
• Experience in retail or related field (e.g., H&M, Other Stories, COS)
