📋 Description

• Set, implement, and follow up on store visual & commercial goals with Store Manager, Area
• Lead VM team to organize, plan and prioritize workload according to store activation plan and adapt
• Launch and sign off the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to H&M
• Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and give input on allocation to Store Management and Area
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up, identify, and prioritize visual & commercial
• Ensure VM team creates efficient and effective actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach

🎯 Requirements

• Fashion interested, curious and creative; always looking for inspiration
• Extensive visual & commercial experience; proactive, solution focused and flexible
• Experience working as a Visual Merchandiser in store
• Experienced in team coaching, talent development including upskilling with strong leadership skills
• Experience with being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial implementation
• Good knowledge of retail management, visual, commercial & operational best practises, routines
