Habilitation Manager, IDD

📋 Description

• Act as internal case manager and advocate for Habilitation clients.
• Participate in Person-Centered Planning processes.
• Collaborate with client, family, Case Managers, and Hab Techs to implement goals.
• Make regular client visits to monitor progress per the plan.
• Supervise Habilitation Technicians per policy and state regulation.
• Participate in client-specific orientations as directed by Clinical Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree required.
• Must be a Qualified Professional - 2+ years post-degree IDD experience.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
