🎯 Requirements

1+ year experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities
High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
Flexible scheduling; part-time or full-time shifts
Ability to work in home and community settings
Compassionate, patient demeanor
Reliable transportation to assignments
