Habilitative Program Administrator

📋 Description

• Use information and data collected through direct observation and meetings with individuals
• Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for individuals on caseload
• Train team members on plans and program implementation
• Partner with program directors to implement support plan programs
• Using electronic data collection system (Therap), review data and compile reports for other members
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets for relevant due dates and

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
• Experience with writing functional assessments and positive behavior support plans for individuals
• Strong administrative skills with demonstrated experience
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor support teams
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred
