Habilitative Program Administrator

📋 Description

• Create and oversee habilitative plans for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in
• Develop Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) using data from direct
• Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for individuals on caseload
• Train team members on plans and program implementation
• Partner with program directors to implement support plan programs
• Review data and compile reports using electronic data collection system (Therap) on behavior and

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
• Experience with writing functional assessments and positive behavior support plans for individuals
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor support teams
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred

🎁 Benefits

• Starting pay: $30/hour
• Full range scale (increases to starting rate based on length of employment): $30-33.45/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
