Hardware Development Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage complex electro-mechanical product development projects
• Work as the technical and programmatic focal point and facilitator for development activities
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
• Highlight issues well in advance and lead efforts to develop and implement alternative actions to
• Prepare and maintain Issues/Action Item database
• Lead the team in working through complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of software/firmware and some programming background
• Familiarity with electronics and ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring
• 2+ years in project management-related to product development
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
