Hardware Field Quality Engineer Intern (Summer 2027)

📋 Description

• Support failure analysis on parts returned from the field, including requests from enterprise
• Help monitor field data, such as vehicle and station alerts and repair records, and flag emerging
• Build and update dashboards and queries that track reliability metrics and retrofit progress.
• Assist with field retrofit campaigns by helping identify affected units and tracking progress.
• Help review repair SOPs and troubleshooting guides used by market mechanics, and suggest
• Contribute to field failure investigations in Jira, working with engineers on root cause and

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or
• Professional proficiency in French and English, written and spoken (required)
• Hands-on comfort with electromechanical hardware, including disassembly, inspection, and basic
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets to reach clear
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods (5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, 8D, FMEA)
• Curious and detail-oriented, with clear written communication
