📋 Description

• Define the long-term architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hardware Asset Management
• Lead the design of scalable, secure HAM solutions covering planning, procurement, receiving
• Translate complex requirements from Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT into detailed
• Serve as the lead architect and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow HAM module, while
• Design and implement automated HAM workflows using Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom
• Architect and oversee integrations between ServiceNow HAM, enterprise applications, network

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field may
• Deep, demonstrable expertise with the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module, including
• Extensive hands-on and architectural experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, specifically
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow HAM and
• Comprehensive understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle from strategic planning and procurement
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow capabilities including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom
