Hardware Systems Planning Lead (1P)

📋 Description

• Own the integrated planning process for 1P hardware systems, connecting system demand, deployment
• Maintain a clear, decision-ready supply plan that shows changes from the prior plan; weekly
• Validate that the end-to-end supply plan is executable, including the timing and dependencies
• Lead a weekly deployment and supply review focused on material changes, emerging risks, required
• Publish and maintain a weekly delta report that clearly explains what changed, why it changed, and
• Track forecast-versus-commit gaps at a weekly level, identify the underlying constraints, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in hardware systems planning, supply planning, program management
• Strong understanding of the dependencies among hardware demand, component supply, manufacturing
• Experience building and managing integrated demand-and-supply plans at weekly granularity
• Demonstrated ability to pressure-test whether a plan is executable rather than simply consolidating
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex datasets and technical
• Strong program leadership, including experience establishing operating cadences, driving
