Harness Manufacturing Intern (Summer 2027)

📋 Description

• Support the design, build, and continuous improvement of wire harness and cable assembly processes
• Support manufacturing engineers with process documentation and work instruction review
• Assist with wire harness and cable assembly builds, including cutting, stripping, crimping
• Participate in quality inspections
• Help analyze manufacturing issues such as defects, rework, and throughput constraints
• Assist with equipment qualification, tooling and fixture improvements, and test setups

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
• A passion for hardware development, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with spacecraft systems and operation
• Must be onsite 5 days a week
