HCM Customer Development Lead/ VBS Developer

📋 Description

• Lead a team of senior, mid-level, and junior developers in designing and delivering Oracle Fusion
• Enforce a configuration-first development approach, ensuring custom code is introduced only when
• Design and develop custom page layouts, embedded applications, and extension interfaces using
• Build REST API integrations that connect extension applications with Oracle Fusion HCM business
• Develop BI Publisher reports and data extracts, including agency-specific templates, EHRI
• Manage sandbox environments and personalization layers to support parallel development, testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may
• At least 7 years of software development experience focused on enterprise application extension and
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio, VBCS, or
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API development and consumption.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion extensibility tools, including Application Composer, Page Composer
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams in Agile or SAFe environments, including sprint
