📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies across functional, system
• Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent technologies to
• Execute parallel payroll validation by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM results with legacy system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or additional relevant experience that can
• At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, test engineering, or test automation
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tricentis
• Experience performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for cloud-based
• Proficiency with defect and test management platforms such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps Test
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, including test-driven development
