🎯 Requirements

  • M.D., or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., oncology/hematology)
  • 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with focus on oncology
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical development, regulatory requirements, and commercialization of
  • Proven leadership experience in medical affairs, including managing direct and indirect reports
  • Strong scientific knowledge of solid tumor biology, clinical trial design, biomarker development
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with clinical development
