Define and execute the European Agroscience Services Field strategy
Drive profitable growth and market share expansion, with a strong focus on service quality and
Position and evolve the service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes, customer needs, and
Partner with Company Managing Directors and Boards to ensure legal compliance, set long-term
Act as Director or Board Member for companies on scope of responsibility as required
Maintain full accountability for P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, cost

🎯 Requirements

University degree (MSc) in agriculture or related field
MBA is an advantage
Over 10 years of experience successfully leading teams and managing full P&L responsibility
Commercial skills and customer experience (preferably in agricultural services)
Fluent English at negotiation level (spoken & written)
Key personal competencies: transformational leadership, maturity, integrity, organization-first
