🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in quantitative or business field preferred (e.g., Data
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial operations, analytics, AI/ML, consulting, or business
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale commercial technology or analytics programs.
• Deep understanding of commercial processes, CRM, sales operations, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong track record in building and managing analytic/technical teams (4+ professionals).
• Experienced in collaborating with and influencing senior commercial executives.
