Collaborate with Show and Technical Service leaders to coordinate and supervise special projects
Oversee weekly departmental task lists and crew scheduling, including day maintenance, rehearsal
Manage HR/administrative tasks for the department, such as, but not limited to, payroll
Assist with establishing yearly budgets with Show and Technical Services leaders
Operate the front of house mix console and troubleshoot audio, RF, video and communication
Ensure all departmental designs, equipment, systems, functions, procedures, show tracks

🎯 Requirements

At least 5 years of previous experience working with Audio in a live entertainment environment
Strong leadership capabilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (AutoCAD preferred)
Strong understanding of wireless microphone systems and automated systems
In-depth knowledge of operating and repairing Audio gear, including LCS, audio console mixing, RF
Skilled in LCS Cue Station programming
