📋 Description

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels, markets, user segments, and budgets
• Build and optimize multichannel acquisition programs, testing new channels and scaling successful
• Create a stronger connection between educational research content and high-intent property
• Make the mobile app a core growth channel by driving installs, adoption, engagement, retention, and
• Own the full user lifecycle, including activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and LTV
• Manage database growth and engagement through segmentation, nurturing, reactivation, email, push

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of growing B2C products with a significant user base across multiple channels
• Broad multichannel growth experience, with ownership of several acquisition and lifecycle channels
• Demonstrated experience driving app growth, including both user acquisition and long-term retention.
• Strong understanding of cohorts, user lifecycles, segmentation, retention, reactivation, and
• Strong product sense and the ability to connect product changes with measurable improvements in
• Experience owning paid media budgets and being directly accountable for performance, return on
