📋 Description

• Build and own the first-line risk and control framework across relevant MoonPay activities
• Embed effective controls into business processes, translating regulatory requirements, policies
• Establish a robust control monitoring and testing program, identifying control weaknesses
• Develop the control framework supporting fiduciary, custody, and other regulated financial services
• Partner effectively across the three lines of defence, working with business leaders and
• Build for scale and increasing complexity, establishing the procedures, governance, reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience within US banking or regulated financial services, including
• Proven track record as a builder and operator, with hands-on experience designing, implementing
• Deep working knowledge of US banking regulation and supervisory expectations, with meaningful
• Strong understanding of the three lines of defence model and experience establishing effective
• Comfortable operating in a high-ambiguity, fast-scaling environment, combining strong technical
