📋 Description

• Develop and implement national recruitment improvement workstreams in collaboration with the
• Act as a national authority and consultant linking NIHR R&D, NHS infrastructure, and commercial
• Collaborate with key partners across NIHR Infrastructure to remove operational silos between study
• Ensure national workforce and recruitment strategies align with the NIHR Industry Hub Commercial
• Define tangible growth benchmarks and build models to improve recruitment growth and screening
• Operationalise high-volume and specialised therapeutic areas to establish growth benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive operational experience in driving clinical-trial recruitment, participant retention, and
• Experience navigating the UK clinical-trials lifecycle, including operational collaboration with
• Substantial experience in workforce-capacity planning, clinical-team resourcing, or managing
• Deep understanding of post-set-up trial-delivery challenges, recruitment-performance analytics, and
• Highly developed consultation and negotiation skills to bridge commercial industry requirements and
• Proficiency in data-driven project management including operational dashboards for monitoring
