• 10+ years in communications, ideally in healthcare, benefits, or HR tech.
• A track record of landing meaningful earned media and building relationships with top reporters.
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, especially around complex topics.
• Deep enough industry fluency to know what's newsworthy and where Thatch can add to the conversation.
• A hands-on operating style. You're as comfortable writing the pitch as setting the strategy.
