Head of Corporate Events

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals, setting goals, providing coaching
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Cribl's tentpole events: CriblCon (user conference)
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl's global tradeshow calendar (12-14 shows per year)
• Own and manage a multi-million dollar events budget in partnership with the VP of Corporate
• Partner directly with executive leadership to plan and stage high-visibility moments; operate with
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Comms, Brand & Creative, Product Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing, with a proven
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets, including forecasting and
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives, including comfort operating in
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale user conferences, internal company events (kickoffs)
