Head of Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Own TRM's long-range, annual, quarterly, and rolling planning processes and maintain a driver-based
• Translate company priorities into an integrated financial and operating plan, maintaining clear
• Own and evolve Pigment as TRM's core financial planning and performance-management platform
• Design and run TRM's company-wide financial operating cadence—including monthly business reviews
• Proactively assess company performance, identify the drivers and implications that matter most, and
• Produce clear executive and board narratives and lead Corporate FP&A's work in major financing

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Corporate FP&A or a similar role responsible for company-wide
• An investor- and CEO-oriented view of company performance: you instinctively identify the metrics
• Experience building functions, developing people, or creating leverage through clear standards
• Hands-on experience owning and improving a modern enterprise planning system, including its model
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis
