📋 Description

• Team leadership: Leading a growing team of approximately 12 Cost Controllers, directly managing
• Consolidation and financial reporting: Own consolidation of project results across BELUX, ensure
• Project cost control: During onboarding, take end-to-end responsibility for cost control of one
• Process improvement and business partnering: Prepare studies across projects of Belgium Luxembourg

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience, including five years in cost control
• Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into clear business
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial reporting tools
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
