📋 Description

• Leading a growing team of approximately 12 Cost Controllers
• Directly managing approximately five team members
• Drive continuous improvement within the team by strengthening knowledge sharing, peer review
• Ensuring consistent cost-control standards across the business unit
• Coaching team members and supporting their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience, including five years in cost control
• Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial reporting tools
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
