Head of Creative & Design

📋 Description

• Own the global creative vision and establish design direction across brand touchpoints, markets
• Lead a major global rebrand from initial concept and visual identity development through
• Lead, mentor, and develop an in-house creative team while effectively managing agency, freelance
• Serve as a brand guardian, maintaining a high standard of creative quality, consistency, and brand
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, PR, Social, and other stakeholders to develop
• Own and evolve the visual identity and design system, including typography, imagery, motion

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior design, creative leadership, or a comparable role, ideally within
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, design direction, campaigns
• Proven experience leading or playing a significant role in a major rebrand or large-scale brand
• Broad expertise across brand strategy and identity, integrated campaigns, digital design, web
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing creative teams, as well as managing
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on creative direction and
