Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships (Global)

📋 Description

• Build and lead the global creator marketing and brand partnerships function, defining its strategy
• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer and creator marketing initiatives, selecting the right
• Manage all inbound creator, agency, and media inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and
• Proactively identify and recruit relevant creators across target markets, building a strong
• Leverage existing relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and platform partnership
• Negotiate partnership agreements, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand
• An established, actionable network of creators, talent managers, and agencies, particularly across
• Demonstrated experience negotiating creator partnerships, with the ability to explain deal
• Proven outbound business development experience, including the ability to prospect at scale and
• Experience building at least one brand-to-brand collaboration from initial concept through
• Strong commercial judgment and an excellent understanding of creator selection, audience relevance
