Head of Credit Products

📋 Description

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for credit score products.
• Lead BNPL/CRA product development focused on risk and underwriting.
• Prioritize opportunities at the intersection of credit reporting, fraud, and identity.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to design scalable data assets and models.
• Ensure compliance with FCRA, CFPB, GLBA in product design and GTM.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, esp. B2B data, risk, fintech.
• 5+ years leading product managers across a portfolio.
• Deep expertise in credit risk, scoring, underwriting, BNPL/CRA.
• Proven success launching 0→1 or early-stage products in regulated markets.
• Strong knowledge of FCRA/CFPB and GLBA regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/JD or equivalent preferred.
