📋 Description

• Translate Lumi's credit risk strategy into automated decisioning logic with CRO oversight.
• Own and evolve automated assessment framework across Lumi products, balancing risk and reward.
• Define a roadmap for decisioning from incremental optimization to new market systems.
• Identify AI/tech solutions to improve decision quality and processing speed.
• Lead credit systems strategy for new markets, defining risk tolerance and scaling with governance.
• Provide executive reporting on system performance to the CRO and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience in credit risk, automated decisioning, or SME lending.
• Proven track record owning automated credit systems, scorecards, or rules engines.
• Experience designing risk frameworks and decision logic for new products.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI, ML, or advanced analytics in lending.
• Strong understanding of model governance and regulatory obligations relevant to Australian lending.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology and data projects from requirements through deployment.
