📋 Description

• Own end-to-end line sizing; dynamic limits that grow with payment behavior.
• Own the application and onboarding pipeline; cut time-to-decision with data sources.
• Build the Atlas underwriting engine with entity-based decisioning.
• Manage the credit facility; warehouse operations, covenant compliance, lender reporting.
• Own collections and loss mitigation; build early-warning systems.
• Build loss forecasting and CECL models; reserve estimates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in credit risk; start at a major issuer and fintech operating role.
• SQL and Python or R; built models and shipped recommendations.
• Understand charge card economics; line sizing and collections timing.
• Experience with credit warehouse facilities; advance rates, covenants, lender reporting.
• Underwrite high-net-worth/affluent segments; assets and 720 FICO nuance.
• Bachelors in a quantitative field or equivalent depth of experience.
