Head of Cybersecurity

📋 Description

• Define and implement a forward-thinking cybersecurity strategy
• Lead and inspire a large team of security professionals
• Serve as an advisor to the Executive, Board Audit, and Risk Committee
• Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies (GRC)
• Oversee incident response efforts and disaster preparedness
• Secure cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years in risk management, cyber security, and technology
• 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven track record in building and leading inclusive security organizations
• Expertise in cloud, network, and application security
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and enterprise-wide risk management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards
