Head of Delivery, AI-Native Services

📋 Description

• Own the delivery system and cost structure for AI-native services
• Architect and build the delivery system (agents, integrations, evaluations, human review, exception
• Ensure cost per completed service unit and margin thesis
• Manage cost model and deal-acceptance line
• Take one service from design customers to repeatable, profitable operation
• Collaborate with Head of GTM as peer seats

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and operated at least one AI agent or agentic workflow in production
• Led a technical team including hiring, developing people, and making architecture/delivery
• Served customers directly from discovery through launch, problem resolution, and measurable outcomes
• Personally owned delivery economics (cost model, margin, or capacity plan) and defended it against
• Ability to break a messy service into deterministic steps, agentic decisions, human judgment
• Know how to prevent plausible but low-quality AI output through grounded context, constrained
