• Represent design in strategy, roadmap, and architecture conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading design in financial services; digital assets or complex technical flows strongly
• Have built and owned a design system at scale
• Hands-on in Figma with strong craft; shipping design work today
• Deep UX experience with strong product thinking and data-driven decisions
• Experience managing designers and improving their performance
• Technically literate with APIs, data models, and engineering trade-offs
