Head of Engagement Management

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers covering Scale's GenAI lab accounts.
• Own account growth strategy with retention, expansion, and revenue targets.
• Build trust-based relationships with frontier AI lab researchers and operations leads.
• Identify and develop new demand-generation opportunities with GTM.
• Partner with GTM, ML, Finance, and Delivery Ops to build coverage plans.
• Translate ambiguous research needs into clear human-data programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical product/program management or customer success with B2B ownership.
• Proven ownership of account growth, building new relationships and expanding accounts.
• 2+ years leading a team, hiring, developing, retaining strong performers.
• Technical foundation in CS/Engineering/Economics/Statistics and ML lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with data or AI/ML models in engineering, research, PM, or EM.
• Graduate degree (PhD/MS) or STEM research; frontier AI lab or growth-role experience.
