Head of Engineering - Financial Data Experience

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering, 5+ leading, including experience as a manager of managers.
• Experience hiring and managing a sizeable engineering organisation (ideally 25-50 engineers)
• You are literate in financial data. Ledgers, cut-offs, corrections and restatement, FX, fee
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and you are capable of translating complex
• You are comfortable streamlining the team's engineering operations, refining product requirements
• You have delivered through a platform you did not control, and got what you needed from it without
