Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools

📋 Description

• Own MonieCRM, the operating system for Moniepoint's 50,000-strong sales network
• Lead modernization and reliability of systems serving 20M+ users
• Re-architect legacy systems and improve reliability and performance
• Ensure accurate commission calculation, attribution, and payout at network scale
• Scale sales and marketing platform to support a rapidly growing agent network
• Enable commercial teams to move faster with dependable tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a practising
• At least 5 years of experience managing managers (engineering organization leadership)
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale - building and running complex distributed systems
• Experience in legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale
• Strong backend engineering in high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems
