📋 Description

• Own the evolution and modernisation of MonieCRM, the in-house workforce operations platform for a
• Lead legacy system re-architecture and modernisation, ensuring reliability and financial
• Direct the engineering of the sales and marketing platform, including partner management
• Oversee compensation and commission calculations, ensuring accurate, timely, and correct financial
• Build and lead a large engineering team (20+ members), including managing managers and developing a
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business teams to enable faster commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java code as a practising
• At least 5 years of experience managing managers — leading an engineering organisation through
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale — building and running complex distributed systems
• Experience navigating legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale.
• Strong backend engineering skills in high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems
